(More customer reviews)I did extensive research and found this tent to be the best 2 person tent on the market for an avid, but not expert, backpacker. It has the biggest square footage I found and the most head room. Which is wonderful since there is no vestibule. This tent is worth sacrficing the vestibule because it is the only 2 person tent I found that weghed hardly over 4 lbs. So. it is the lightest, largest, most reasonably priced tent I could find. The quality is excellent and water protection is as good as you can get. It is not free standing but is fine as long as you dont camp on a rock. It is very easy to setup and take down and has a pack size that is on the small end for its size. The only questionable part on this tent is the floor which is on the verge of scary thin. It holds up but a well placed stick may prove that wrong. I clear my site of debris before I pitch the tent to avoid issues, but I recommend a self-made footprint or tarp.
Overall, unbeatable value, I wouldnt look past this tent. Keep it at the top of your list as you search on!
